{"id":315,"date":"2025-08-15T10:58:07","date_gmt":"2025-08-15T02:58:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/timetera.com\/?p=315"},"modified":"2025-08-15T11:09:05","modified_gmt":"2025-08-15T03:09:05","slug":"how-to-transfer-user-employee-to-device-cloud","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/timetera.com\/index.php\/how-to-transfer-user-employee-to-device-cloud\/","title":{"rendered":"How To Transfer Admin To Device"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u26a0\ufe0f Attention:<\/strong> Before proceeding, please ensure that the user you want to assign as an admin has already registered their <strong>Face, Fingerprint, Card, or Password<\/strong> on the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p>After logging in to the system, you will be directed to the main dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full has-custom-border\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1918\" height=\"909\" src=\"https:\/\/timetera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Menu-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-307\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-radius:15px;box-shadow:var(--wp--preset--shadow--natural)\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To begin deleting users from the device using Timetera Cloud, follow these steps carefully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 1: Navigate to the User Management Section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the top menu and click:<br>Device &gt; Device Management &gt; User Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full has-custom-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1917\" height=\"909\" src=\"https:\/\/timetera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Navigate-to-user-management.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-308\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-radius:15px;box-shadow:var(--wp--preset--shadow--natural)\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>This section allows you to manage user data across different devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Select the Target Device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the dropdown list, choose the device you want to transfer the admin to.<br>Make sure you select the correct device, as this is where the user information will be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 3: Load Users from the Database<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the &#8220;Load from Database&#8221; button.<br>This will display a list of all users that are currently stored in the system&#8217;s database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 4: Select the Admin to Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the displayed list, select the admin you want to transfer.<br>You can select multiple admin by tick the checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 5: Add the Selected Admin to the Device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you have selected the desired admin, click on the &#8220;Add Admin&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full has-custom-border\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1900\" height=\"909\" src=\"https:\/\/timetera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/Device-admin.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-322\" style=\"border-style:none;border-width:0px;border-radius:15px;box-shadow:var(--wp--preset--shadow--natural)\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The system will now begin transferring the user data to the selected device.<br>Please wait patiently until the loading process completes.
