To begin transferring users to a device, follow these steps carefully:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Navigate to the User Management Section<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Go to the top menu and click:
Device > Device Management > User Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This section allows you to manage user data across different devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Step 2: Select the Target Device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the dropdown list, choose the device you want to transfer the user(s) to.
Make sure you select the correct device, as this is where the user information will be sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 3: Load Users from the Database<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Click the “Load from Database” button.
This will display a list of all users that are currently stored in the system’s database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 4: Select the Users to Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

From the displayed list, select the users you want to transfer.
You can select multiple user by tick the checkbox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 5: Add the Selected Users to the Device<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Once you have selected the desired users, click on the “Add User” button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The system will now begin transferring the user data to the selected device.
Please wait patiently until the loading process completes. Do not refresh or close the page during this step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 6: Confirm Successful Transfer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When the transfer is complete, a pop-up message will appear confirming that the users have been successfully added to the device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you do not see a confirmation, please check your internet connection or try the process again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final Step: Register User Details on the Device<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once the users are transferred, go to the physical device to complete the registration process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the device, you can now register additional user authentication methods such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Face recognition<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Fingerprint scan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Password<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        • Card access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          These details must be enrolled directly on the machine for full functionality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
