How To Delete User/Employee To Device

After logging in to the system, you will be directed to the main dashboard.

To begin transferring users to a device, follow these steps carefully:


Step 1: Navigate to the Device Management Section

Go to the top menu and click:
Device > Device Management > Device Management

This section allows you to manage user data across different devices.


Step 2: Select the Target Device

From the dropdown list, choose the device you want to delete the user(s) from.
Make sure you select the correct device, as this is where the user information will be delete.


Step 3: Select the Users to Delete

From the displayed list, select the users you want to delete.
You can select multiple user by tick the checkbox. And click “Delete”.


Step 4: Confirm to delete

After clicking delete, please confirm if you want to delete the user.


Step 5: Job Status box

After pressing “Delete”, you can check the job status in the box on the right side.

The system will now delete the user from the selected device.
Please wait until the loading process is complete. Do not refresh or close the page.


Step 6: Confirm Successful Delete

When the delete process is complete, the status will appear in the box on the right side, confirming that the user was successfully deleted from the device.

If you do not see a confirmation, please check your internet connection or try the process again.
